Priya Kanesin is a consultant based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with more than 18 years in the industry. Her expertise revolves around transformation activities within manufacturing and strategic operations planning.

Exposure to various organizations worldwide has enabled her to apply transformation practices across different cultural divides while learning to harness the best possible outcome for each case. Understanding the nuances of business processes has always been her priority, in order to tap the potential opportunities that arise within them and to enable clear & sustainable metrics to be set.

With Industrie 4.0 and digital transformation taking off at light speed across various industries, she is excited about the future and sees the opportunity to grow value exponentially, enabling companies on a forward trajectory towards a successful and connected future.

Ms Kanesin has spent more than 16 years within EMS, across multiple functions & leadership roles (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Lean, Program Management) supporting key manufacturing sites with customers ranging from networking, consumer & medical technology driving improvement activities. She has traversed the globe supporting international assignments across Asia, Europe & the Americas driving business excellence in lean supply chain and operations.

Ms Kanesin is a LEAN Black Belt certified practitioner since 2010 and is certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM- APICS).
